Weobley Primary School requires an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of School to work closely with the Executive Headteacher of the Weobley federation with the neighbouring high school.

The governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to continue to build on the success of our primary school at this exciting time. An opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Head of School who will be working under the direct leadership of an Executive Headteacher currently based at the adjoining high school.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to use their teaching, leadership and managerial expertise to motivate the staff and children to deliver their personal, academic and professional potential. They will be able to build excellent relationships with parents/carers, children and Governors as well as being the public face of the school, managing its daily business and engaging in all activities and elements of school life.
Applicants will have previous senior leadership experience of a primary school including knowledge and experience of safeguarding, child protection and SEND. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential as is a strong commitment to collaborative working. This is an ideal step into whole school leadership within a progressive and exciting model of collaboration.
