Pupils at Weobley High School celebrated another impressive set of GCSE results this year. Pupils outperformed all predictions in every measure and the provisional headline figure for the percentage of pupils achieving 5 or more GCSEs including English and mathematics increased to 57% with more than a third of the cohort achieving the gold standard English Baccalaureate and more than a fifth of all grades at A* or A. 65% of pupils achieved 5 or more high-grade GCSEs.
Progress scores show that a pupil at Weobley will achieve half a grade higher across the board than the national average placing Weobley pupils in the top few per cent nationally.
